Severndale Academy – National Careers Week
Event Date: Monday 3rd March - Friday 7th March
Severndale Academy are seeking business volunteers to spend time with the students in the classrooms.
As the students have diverse needs some students would benefit from a sensory experience, ie feeling a uniform that may be worn in a job role, some students would like to ask questions about a job role.
These interactions are to be scheduled for all students across the Academy – from Reception classes through to Post-19 students, as a result of this it might involve visiting one or more of our sites which are at Monkmoor (Shrewsbury) Mary Webb (Pontesbury) & Futures, London Road- Shrewsbury.
Severndale Academy are fliexible in relation to times and length of interactions/encounters.
