The Pathways platform from Start is a great online resource that is available to support young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
There are 12 interactive activities available, creating a valuable resource that develops a bespoke profile for each student to highlight their skills and strengths as they make decisions about their future. By using the platform, you can inspire your students, supporting them to make informed choices about their future.
You’ll be providing a step-by-step guide to work through information on employers and jobs to help them plan their best next step into an environment that suits them and evidences personal, education and job interests to support a successful transition into adult life.
